Major breaches put many dealers and customers in bad positions. These criminals are just getting smarter. Malware discovered in F&I departments was collecting credit bureau log in information & credit applications. Accounting departments were conned into uploading bank information into the wrong hands. Many employees were tricked into giving up passwords and credentials. It is the dealers responsibility to focus on training and to be up on their cyber security efforts. The bad guys are not going anywhere
